Indications

Dairy Cow, Heifer, Mare
Biotechnical :

• Synchronisation and induction of oestrus in heifers, cows and mares
• Induction and synchronisation of farrowing in sows

Therapeutic:
Dairy cows:

• Functional disorders of ovaries
• Postpartum and post-service anoestrus (silent heat, irregular cycle, persistent corpus luteum, luteal cyst)
• Post-puerperal endometritis, pyometra
• Combined therapy of follicular cysts
• Interruption of either the normal and pathological pregnancy (in the first half of the pregnancy)

Mares

• Anoestrus (silent heat, persistent anoestrus, interruption of pseudogravidity)
• Interruption of either the normal and pathological gestation (in the first half of pregnancy)

Direction for use:

Route of administration: Intramuscular.
The recommended doses should be respected for each animal category.
Dairy cows, heifers:

•  Induction and synchronisation of oestrus – 2 mL/animal, i.m. Animals may be inseminated 12 hours after first
  signs of heat, and re-inseminated after 10-12 hours. If the heat does not occur, repeat the i.m. administration of 2 ml
  of the product on day 11 after first administration with subsequent insemination 72-76 hours after second
  administration, irrespect ive of the external signs of heat, and re-insemination after 10-24 hours.
  Administer the product to dairy cows at any phase of sexual cycle within a period of 40 to 60 days after calving and
  to physiologically and gynecologically mature heifers.
• Functional disorders of ovaries – 2 mL/animal, i.m., once or repeatedly, on day 11 after the first administration, if
  the heat does not appear. After the first injection, inseminate any animals showing signs of heat. Animals that do
  not show heat should be injected 11 days after first injection and then inseminated 72-76 hours later or re-
  inseminated on the next day if needed.
• Treatment of luteal cysts – 2 mL/animal, i.m.. as a single dose, at the latest on day 10 after administration of HCG or
  LH-RH and after diagnosing the presence of a corpus luteum. The oestrus occurs on day 3 after the drug
  administration.
• Treatment of endometritis :– 2 mL/animal, i.m., twice (11 days apart). Treatment may be supplemented by
  intrauterine administration of antibiotics and disinfectant solutions, if needed. Cured animals may be inseminated
  on day 14 after the first administration and re-inseminated on the next day.
  Pregnancy interruption – 2 mL/animal, i.m, as a single dose.

Mares:

•  Induction and synchronization of oestrus –  1 mL/animal, i.m., as a single dose. The best time for administration of
  the drug to cycling mares is from 5. to 13. day after oestrus. On the day 4-6 after injection, insemination is
  recommended
• Anoestrus and interruption of pregnancy – 1 ml i.m. per animal, as a single-dose.

Withdrawal period:
Meat  and offal: 1 day. Milk: 0 days.
