Each dose contains Inactivated fowl adenovirus:
Serotype 2….. min 106.0 TCID50
Serotype 4…. min 106.0 TCID50
Serotype 8a… min 106.0 TCID50
Serotype 8b … min 106.0 TCID50
TCID 50: 50% Tissue Culture Infective Dose
For active immunization against Adeno disease in chicken in high challenge areas with different serotypes prevalence
The vaccine is administered intramuscularly into the femoral or breast muscle or subcutaneously into the area of neck.
AVIGAL ADENO is safe to be given to the susceptible birds as early as the first week of age.
